Submitting offers is free with no upfront payment. 2) Sellers have up to 5 days to accept, counter, or let the offer lapse. 3) If a seller counters, you have 3 days to respond. 4) Once accepted, you pay Pollen directly into secure payment escrow, protecting your funds until delivery confirmation. 5) Pricing is ex-works; actual freight logistics are handled seamlessly through our shipping partners.

It varies by lot. Some listings require a take-all purchase (buying the full lot together for maximum discount), while others allow partial quantity selection. Minimum order terms and carton breakdowns are clearly detailed on every product listing.

Sellers have up to 5 days to respond, though most review and respond within 24–48 hours. Our dedicated buyer success team actively manages every offer and sends real-time email and platform notifications at every step.

Prior to seller acceptance and payment, you may withdraw your offer at any time. After payment but before the formal Purchase Order (PO) is issued, cancellations are reviewed by Pollen support. Once the PO is formally issued, orders are locked for dispatch.
